Attachment Template

An Attachment Template is a guide aligner with grooves providers can use to place the attachments on the patient’s teeth It is included in the aligner kit when attachments are a part of the treatment plan.

NOTE: ProMonitoring™ does not manufacture or provide the actual “attachments” (dental composites)

If the attachment template is missing or a replacement is needed, please contact support.

Treatment Plan Guide: IPR & Attachments

The Treatment Plan Guide is located right inside the Aligner Kit and will be included in the aligner kit when IPR and/or attachments are included in the treatment plan. This helps guide when and how much IPR is to be applied to teeth and at what stage.

If the Treatment Plan Guide (IPR guide) is missing from the ProMonitoring™ Aligner Kit, you may download one by doing the following:

• Navigate to the patient's case
• Click the "Actions" menu
• Click "View/print Treatment Plan PDF"
• The PDF will automatically download print-ready.
• NOTE: PDF is only available once the plan is approved.
