Ordering Retainers

To order a retainer, please navigate to the patient's case on your ProMonitoring Portal.

Ordering a Retainer

If you are requesting retainers click "Place an order" button.

Please note that these options are not available until your patient has started treatment.

Depending on your needs, choose either “Use new scans” or “Re-use the last step”.

Clicking on the “Use new scans” option will prompt you to upload new materials for your patient so that we can create retainers based on the most up to date information about their bite.

Clicking "Re-use the last step" will bring you directly to the self-checkout, using the .STL from the final step of their current treatment plan.

**Reminder: We only do dual arch retainers. We do not do single-arch retainers, unless "Re-use the last step" is selected from an Aligner case that only treats a single arch. If both arches are necessary, select "Use new scans" OR contact support to have both arches of the final step produced**
