Diagnostic Photo Guide

Profile Photos: All profile photos should meet the following requirements:
- No head coverings*
- No glasses or big earrings
- Long hair pulled back

Solid background
*religious coverings exempt

Arch Photos: All arch photos should meet the following requirements:
- Occlusal surfaces of all teeth
- No tongue/saliva covering teeth
- Lip pulled away from incisors
- All teeth are well-lit

Bite Photos: All bite photos should meet the following requirements:
- Bite centered in frame
- Biting in centric occlusion
- Consistent bite in all 3 photos
- All teeth are well-lit
Diagnostic Scan Guide

We recommend preparing before the scan begins:
- Dry the teeth before scanning
- Ensure the scan tip/camera is clear
- Know your scan strategy
- Retract lips & cheeks
