You may click on the patient's name to view their profile.
View Patient's Profile, Timeline, and Scan History
The "Monitoring"tab is where you can view the patient's scanning timeline.
Clicking on any of the previous steps will pull up a side-by-side comparison to the patient's most recent scan.
The most recent scan is always on the right.
Scrolling down, you will be able to see the observations from the selected scans (most recent on the right).
View the patient's monitoring history underneath the "History" tab.
Scrolling down will allow you to view messages and notifications sent to the patient via the app, along with submitted scans and other patient, treatment, or monitoring related notifications.

On the following screen, click "Send app activation code".
The patient will receive a link to download the ProMonitoring app on their phone through their email address on file.

Edit Excluded Teeth
Expand the “Monitoring information” tab from the caret on the left-hand side of the patient profile.
Click the “Edit excluded teeth” button at the bottom of the tab.
Each unseat has an expandable “Edit” button next to it. Once you click the button, a tooth chart will appear.
Select the teeth you'd like the app to ignore for each tracking scenario.
The option to reset all excluded teeth is at the top right of the screen on the expandable portion.
Adjust Scan Cadence
If a patient is progressing predictably through their first 3 to 4 steps and you'd like to adjust their scan cadence to 1 week per step, you may adjust the protocol in the Promonitoring Portal. You can safely change these wear schedules, factoring in each patient’s unique needs, including oral health, age, and the complexity of tooth movement. Our treatment planning works for both a 7-day and a 14-day wear schedule.
On the Monitoring information screen, find the “FREQUENCY” and click “Change” to adjust the scan frequency for an individual patient.
Both the regular scan frequency and the follow-up scan after a no-go can be adjusted for an individual patient.
Click “Apply” to save any changes.
If adjusting patients to a 7-day wear schedule, you may opt to have them scan again in 7 days if they receive a no-go.
Patient Before/After Video
At the top of the patient profile, click the “BEFORE/AFTER VIDEO” button below the patient’s name.
An animation will pop up showing the progress of the patient’s tooth movement from the beginning until the patient’s most recent scan.
You can right click the video and then select 'Save video as' to download a .mp4 file for your records.
View and Send Messages to Patients Through the App
Expand the chat window by clicking the caret on the right side of the screen.
Scroll through a full history of all automated messages and personalized messages that have been pushed through the app to the patient.
If you’d like to send a personalized message to the patient, type and send in the text box.
There is an option to add an attachment if desired.
Patients do not have the ability to reply to these messages.
